新疆地区基础教育信息化应用的城乡差异研究

  要:       新疆是一个少数民族聚居的边远贫困省区,全区现有2100余万人口中,有450余万人口,用7种语言、文字教学,城乡差距明显,北疆南疆教育发展不均衡,人才资源不足,师资队伍客观存在“数量缺、教学业务水平低、汉语言水平低”的实际情况。进入二十一世纪以来,国家大力推动教育信息化建设,新疆的教育信息化事业也取得了革命性变化。今明两年,国家将在新疆实施“中小学双语现代远程教育建设工程”和“薄弱学校改造项目”。本文通过文献研究、问卷调查、实地调研和访谈,以乌鲁木齐市重点中学A中与和田墨玉县B乡中学为例,对新疆基础教育信息化应用的城乡差异进行了深入研究,从而探索新疆基础教育信息化发展的有效途径并基于研究结果的分析,从促进教育信息化均衡发展和新疆中小学双语现代远程教育建设角度提出了相应建议。

The Urban and Rural Areas Differences on Basic Education Informationization Applications on Xinjiang Area

Abstract:  Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region is an outlying and poverty-stricken province with ethnic minorities living in compact communities. There are more than 450 populations in 2100 using seven different kinds of language in school. There is a disparity between urban and rural areas, and the education development is not balanced between north and south of Xinjiang.  With the lack of human resources, there is the actual situation of “the lack of teachers’ number, the low levels of teaching, and the low levels of the Chineselanguage usage”.Entering the 21st century, the Chinese government vigorously promotes the education informatization construction, therefore the education informatization causes also made revolutionary change in Xinjiang.  In the next two years, theChinese government will carry out "elementary and middle schools bilingual modern distance education construction project" and "weak school reconstruction project". In this paper, based on the literature research, questionnaire survey, field survey and interview, using Urumqi A Key Middle School and Hetian MoYuXian B its township middle school as an example, we study the urban and rural areas differences on Xinjiang education informationization application,  so as to explore the effective approaches for basic education informationization development, and based on the analysis of the results, put forward the corresponding suggestions from the angel of promoting of balanced development of education informationization and Xinjiang primary and secondary bilingual construction of modern distance education.
